GOOD FAITH EXAM - $25

A Good Faith Exam is a required medical evaluation under Texas law before certain medical aesthetic treatments can be performed. This exam is conducted by a licensed medical provider to review your medical history, assess eligibility for treatment, and ensure services are safe and appropriate for you.
