While this is not his primary Practice - He provides off-site medical direction with a focus on responsibility, patient safety, and professional support. His approach reflects the values he lives by — integrity, accountability, and respect for the people he serves.
When he’s not practicing medicine, Dr. Hubbard enjoys shooting sports and spending time outdoors — staying grounded in the rural lifestyle , faith and traditions he was raised with.

Rachel is our mid-level provider for Hubbard Medical Aesthetics and Wellness, PLLC. She performs all Good Faith Exams and provides responsive medical oversight for aesthetic and wellness providers contracted through Alabaster Entities, LLC, a Texas-based Medical Services Organization (MSO).
Based in Central Texas and board-certified in Family Medicine, Rachel brings over 30 years of clinical experience to her role. She is known for her reliability, sound clinical judgment, and commitment to upholding the highest standards of patient care and regulatory compliance.
A woman of deep Christian faith, Rachel is dedicated not only to medicine but to mentoring and service. She has raised and guided many young people throughout her life, instilling in them the values of honesty, responsibility, and integrity. Rachel remains a trusted professional and respected figure within the Alabaster provider network.
