Family nurse practitioner
Rachel Hilliard, APRN, FNP-C, is based in Central Texas and board-certified in Family Medicine, bringing more than 30 years of clinical experience to her role.
Rachel performs all Good Faith Exams and provides responsive medical oversight for aesthetic and wellness providers. She is known for her reliability, sound clinical judgment, and commitment to upholding the highest standards of patient care and regulatory compliance.
A woman of deep Christian faith, Rachel is devoted to medicine, mentoring, and service. She has raised and guided many young people, instilling the values of honesty, responsibility, and integrity, and she remains a trusted professional and respected figure within the Alabaster provider network.

Samantha Pehl
Family nurse practitioner & certified nurse midwife
Samantha Pehl, DNP, APRN, FNP-C, CNM, is a Texas-based Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, dual-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner and a Certified Nurse Midwife, with more than two decades of experience in healthcare and nursing education.
She began her nursing career after completing her education at the University of New Mexico, and went on to complete advanced training in nurse-midwifery and family practice through Frontier Nursing University. From 2010 to 2020, Samantha served as a Family Nurse Practitioner at Stephenville Medical & Surgical Clinic, and she has served on the faculty at Tarleton State University for more than two decades.
Her background in both clinical practice and academic instruction gives her a well-rounded, evidence-based approach to patient care.

Brooke Mendenhall’s path into aesthetics began in 2019, when she saw a gap in the industry: rushed treatments, minimal education, and results that didn’t honor natural beauty.
Determined to offer something better, Brooke completed extensive hands-on and didactic training in neuromodulators and dermal fillers. Today she is a highly skilled injector known for her subtle, artful approach, with a focus on refined anti-aging and facial harmony and enhancements that look effortless and authentic.
Brooke specializes in lip enhancement, neuromodulators, and facial filler balancing, and also provides chemical peels, PRP, mesotherapy, microneedling, biostimulators, and DiamondGlow facials.

Sarah Schmitt is Chief Operating Officer and a Cosmetic Injector at Alabaster Integrative Health & Wellness. With 17 years in the beauty industry and 25 years in client service, she brings a rare blend of artistry, business leadership, and genuine hospitality to every part of the patient experience.
As COO, Sarah oversees clinic operations with one guiding standard: patients should feel welcome, and providers should feel supported. As an injector, her philosophy is refined and restrained. She focuses on prevention, a whole-person approach, and natural results that enhance rather than change.
Grounded in faith and driven by a passion for seeing women thrive, Sarah believes true wellness goes beyond any single treatment. Her commitment is simple: every patient who walks through our doors is welcomed into the Alabaster family.
