What should I know about pricing and payment?
Alabaster is a self-pay practice and does not bill insurance. HSA/FSA cards are accepted; eligibility can depend on the service. Before scheduling, ask our team about current consultation and treatment fees and payment options. Pay over time with Cherry ↗
Is a deposit required to book?
Yes. A $25 deposit is required to book. It is refunded if you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment and is forfeited for a same-day cancellation or no-show. After two no-shows, future appointments must be paid in full in advance.
Can I request an appointment online?
Yes. Our online booking link opens Alabaster’s booking page, where you can choose a service and request a time. If you’re not sure which appointment to choose, give us a call.
Do you offer telemedicine?
Yes. Along with in-office visits, Alabaster offers telemedicine appointments anywhere in the state of Texas. Ask the team whether your concern can be handled by telemedicine or should be seen in the clinic.
Do you have walk-in or same-day appointments?
Please call for current availability before coming in. The team can confirm whether the clinic is the right setting and help coordinate an appointment.
